Please contact us first when you have some defective products, HOFONG will provide you with a specific solution after communication with you.
But please note that some products will be out of warranty.
● Product exceeds the warranty period
● Without HOFONG stamp or mark
● Products that have been installed and used
● Disassembled products
● Artificial damage (Man-made damage). Such as LCD screen cracked, flex cable damage, glass lens scratches, bezel frame damage, backlight damage...
● Failure due to misuse, abuse, modification, accident or collision
● Improper storage, improper installation
● Broke, water damaged, moisture products
These damages are out of warranty:
1. Send us the RAM list with information of the returning product (item description, quantity, what quality problem, tracking number and picture of the package.
2. Protect the products from damage in transit. All the merchandise must be returned in the original packaging and in its original conditions (new and unused) with returning product list attached.
3. Otherwise HOFONG reserves the right to limit or deny any returns or exchanges that do not apply to this policy.
Products will be damaged during transport due to incorrect packaging:
